Désireé founded Mogul in 2007. She is an admitted attorney, with a BA in Political Studies and Sociology, and an LLB from the University of Port Elizabeth and an LLM in Media/Communications Law from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Désireé has over 2 decades’ post qualification experience in areas of mining law, litigation, local and international mergers and acquisitions, drafting of all commercial contracts, media law and corporate governance.
Désireé is well versed in shareholder arrangements and contracts. She has a passion for corporate advisory services and drafting and she has engaged in many cross-border transactions.
Désireé sits on the board of multiple companies including non-profits and private companies and enjoys an entrepreneurial spirit.

Leonie is a dedicated admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa who obtained her LLB from the University of Pretoria. She has a long history in the fiduciary and trust field where she spent time with Absa Trust. Leonie is also a qualified financial advisor and is registered with the Financial Conduct Services Authority.

Tarryn is an admitted attorney and a diligent professional who completed her LL.B at the University of Johannesburg.
Tarryn’s experience includes various commercial drafting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, company secretarial, conveyancing, administration of estates, property law, family law and debt collection.
Tarryn is well versed in company law and commercial matters and has a passion for corporate governance. Tarryn demonstrates a wizardry in drafting commercial contracts which makes her a valuable member of our team.
